CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

"Nia Martinez, CEO of Innovative Global Learning Solutions, worked with our team to create an asynchronous training course on foundational literacy, reaching over 300 staff and 500 consultants working in the World Bank Education Practice across 90 countries. During our collaboration, she consistently delivered high-quality outputs with exceptionally short turnaround times. She was able to quickly troubleshoot several technical concerns, including the integration of Articulate 360 with Moodle. Nia took the initiative in researching the most appropriate platform, resulting in a dynamic and easy-to-use training course for our participants. Moreover, Nia was flexible and generous with her time as we worked on tight deadlines. She required very little guidance and was able to take each round of feedback to quickly improve the course modules. Nia also provided key input for the layout, formatting, structure, and design of the Literacy Policy course, resulting in modules that are interactive, engaging, and utilize the platform’s features to display content in ways that help break the monotony of reading hours of text."
"Nia brings thought leadership, project management expertise, and strong client relationship skills to every project. Her design of interactive eLearning solutions has yielded outstanding results, with clients praising the interactiving and engagement of the courses. Notably, Nia has led the development of the Advanced Sales Skills eLearning course (10 micro-eLearning modules), and Coaching and Leadership eLearning series (16 eLearning modules). Nia's depth of expertise, passion, and creativity are truly remarkable. She consistently exceeds expectations, delivering exceptional results. I highly recommend Nia and her team to achieve any organization's training and eLearning initiatives. Her unwavering commitment to excellence will undoubtedly bring significant value to your organization."
It has been so amazingly wonderful and rewarding with Nia. When we first started the organization a year ago, we didn't have a way of delivering technical assistance at scale to our various constituents, including over 200 primary care practices across the state of California. Before we met Nia and her team, much of the training was implemented primarily through webinars, toolkits, and playbooks, and was static, relying on learners to access the information independently. With Nia and her team, we were able to implement a Learning Management System that provides convenience and access for our constituents to learn content at their own pace, and in a way that is engaging and really takes them to the next step. It involved examining the content, experiencing it through exercises, scenarios, and knowledge checks, and then reflecting on the knowledge gained and the behavior changes that resulted from the content.
"I cannot recommend Nia and her team highly enough. We were looking for help creating an e-learning version of a live training course, Navigating the New World of Gender to Help Your Organization Thrive, that we do regularly. I asked my network for recommendations and was given Nia's name. While we went on to interview several companies, I knew she was the right choice from our first conversation. She had done her homework for the call - she asked great questions, offered terrific insights and suggestions, and provided a high-level plan for meeting our project objectives and timelines. Nia and her team led us through the process needed to create the course. They effectively translated not only the substance of the content, but the tone of our work as well. The final course that was created not only met our high expectations but exceeded them in ways we couldn't have imagined. Most importantly, the feedback from learners has been outstanding. We will continue to partner with Nia and her team for all our future course development needs."
"Nia was selected as part of a competitive process for an eLearning Instructional Design Consultant for the Learning Team of the World Bank's central operations unit, Operations Policy and Country Services (OPCS). She continues to work for the unit presently. At the time of hiring, our small eLearning team sought the support of an experienced eLeaming consultant for the development of a number of new online learning products, including e-learning modules, videos, repurposed webinar recordings and support tools for the World Bank's new operational learning curriculum. Nia's technical skills, her high standards of quality and collaborative approach have been a perfect fit for our team. Nia works directly with an internal Instructional Designer and alongside a few other consultants. She is involved from storyboarding to final product, and the team relies heavily upon her input and outputs. Nia's professional approach enables her to listen to our needs, assess, adapt to our work program, and quickly deliver high-quality learning assets. She works well on deliverables individually and also collectively. She has an amazing proactive attitude and finds creative solutions that meet our needs. Her contributions to the deliverables have resulted in an increase in the recognition of the learning team, its value-addition, and overall learning products."
