Bringing over 15 years of experience of training development and instructional design expertise, Innovative Global Learning Solutions LLC helps companies optimize their capacity and performance of its staff, teams, and beneficiaries through the design and development of comprehensive training solutions.
Since 2018, we have created more than 300 high-quality, engaging eLearning and in-person trainings, in partnership with a wide network, reaching more than 40,000 participants in 90 countries worldwide, building capacity in areas such as leadership development, program management, entrepreneurship, literacy policy, gender inclusivity, inclusive education, etc.

Nia Martinez
Nia Martinez is an instructional designer with over 15 years of experience designing, developing and facilitating instructor-led and e-learning courses with farmers, entrepreneurs, NGO leaders, project managers and sales managers in Latin America & the Caribbean, West & Southern Africa, Afghanistan, China and the United States.
Nia earned her Master’s in Instructional Design and Learning Technology from George Mason University, Master’s in Social Work from Washington University in Saint Louis, and an eLearning certificate from George Mason University.
Nia has a deep passion for learning as a vehicle to create behavior change and help others see their unlimited potential to realize their goals and dreams.

Sofi Schwab
Sofi Schwab is an instructional designer and eLearning Developer who creates engaging, interactive digital learning experiences grounded in strong pedagogy and thoughtful design. She builds cohesive courses from the ground up, blending instructional strategy with gamification, multimedia integration, and seamless LMS deployment to deliver solutions that are both visually compelling and results-driven.
Sofi’s superpower is transforming complex content into clear, immersive learning journeys that balance creativity with strategic alignment. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Teaching from CAECE University (Argentina), where she developed her expertise in curriculum design, cognitive science, and the ADDIE framework.
Jocas Lozada
Jocas Lozada has led the creation of our social media assets, brand materials, and client-facing presentations — from kickoff calls to change leadership trainings. Every polished deck and compelling visual reflects her passion for storytelling and her incredible eye for detail.
As a graphic designer, photographer, and multimedia virtual assistant, Jocas blends creativity with strategy — transforming ideas into powerful visuals that amplify the impact of our mission-driven partners.
Outside of work, she’s an active book content creator and reviewer and a proud fur parent to seven beloved cats — bringing creativity and heart into everything she does.
